Ordering - Excellent start to finish. Great communication, willing to customize at no expense and simple storefront. Shipping - Very fast considering customized. Large enough box that there was no need to try to fold the soft panels. Fit - The fit was RIGHT ON. I provided measurements and they were perfect. I ordered the IIIA model and like other reviews state, there is a slight bulging on the front where the plates overlap, but the more I wear it, the less that becomes as the plates seem to conform a little more. The weight is really un-noticeable. Very nice construction as far as the jacket goes. Bulletproofing - I am unable to review this as I have yet to be shot or stabbed.... Hoping I never get to review this part, but if I do, you'll know it's good because I would have survived :) .... I feel confident in the product. Overall, best thing I can say is that I would buy another without question.

Purchased the Level 3 and product is heavier than myself and the buddy it was bought for expected even after reading product description. Gives a real sense of protection when wearing due to the weight. The panels and zip up design are not the most comfortable but that is the trade off for the extra protect level. It's too be expected from the level 3. Nature of the beast and what not. Over all my buddy is very happy and I liked the item enough I'm planning to add one to my collection only I'll be going with the lighter level 2 for better concealment and comfort.

The pockets is small. The zipper for the pocket scratches hands when try to get things in and out of your pockets.
I love this jacket, it’s definitely awesome to have on body armor with nobody knowing! I’m the kinda guy that goes by “better to have it and not need to than to need it and not have it” and this jacket fits my motto perfect! Highly recommended!
