This jacket is well made and fits perfectly. Very discrete, no one will ever know you have on a ballistic jacket. Worth every penny and more.
I have always wanted some low-key armor. My plate carrier is a bit much for civilian use. This jacket is perfect. Being 6’4 260lb, fit is always an issue. It fits great. I love the overlap of the two front Kevlar flaps right down center mass. Of course, not tested its ballistic qualities as of now, hope I never will but I trust these guys have. Super happy.
Bulletproof jackets like this often sell for $800 or more. This is a nice jacket for less than half that amount. The panels were fairly stiff at first, but after wearing it for a week or two they have loosened up and are now quite comfortable. One unique aspect of the design is that the front panels overlap for better protection. It's a good design, but it causes the panels to tilt up in the front by half an inch or an inch. So, the panels reach lower on the sides than in the front when it's zipped up. That makes it more comfortable when I'm sitting in my car, but it also provides less protection when I'm standing up.
