Overall just a great jacket. The shell is very good quality and holds the bulletproof vest nicely. No one can even tell you're wearing a vest with this jacket. Fits and wears great! 5/5, would reccommend.
Type IIIA Rating approx 8lbs Jacket was a lot heavier than i expected. Heavy on The hanger and I would not want to “coat check” But Once On The Body Its Not Really Noticeable. It is extremely comfortable and i can even wear it under my Leather jacket for added warmth or concealment.
Everything is good with the quality. My fault I order a size bigger, might need to return to get a downsize .
I conceal carry and wanted a jacket (lvl IIIa i could wear that would protect me up to the caliber i would carry (380,9,45) all +p ammo. The coat Is true to size and fits nice but must be worn zipped up which is a problem because then it becomes to tight around the bottom to reach for my IWB firearm. For this reason i bought a pull over Sweater And will be trying that out. I am on the fence whether to keep this or the return it taking that 15% restocking fee hit but I may want to up it to a different coat that can carry level 3 without being obvious. To sum it up the jacket is nice but must be warned zipped-up which can be an issue if you prefer your coats open and or are carrying.
This is a high quality jacket without the soft armor. I purchased the 3A version due to .357 magnum being such a common cartridge. I assume the pictures were taken with the 2a jacket, because the thickness is comparable to the plate weight. this is not a vest built around a jacket, it is a jacket built around a vest. don't bother wanting to wear it zipped open, the zipper cover plate will hang out obviously, the thickness of the jacket is also clear, and at least for 3A the back plate has an outline. because this really should be worn zipped, it won't be Completely obvious. I don't think anyone in public will say anything, but it doesn't look *completely* like your average jacket. Overall I do like the product. It is high quality and I do trust it to stop what it's rated for. I do recommend it for anyone who is interested in a *more* average looking soft armor vest. This is certainly worlds above a nonconcealed vest.
Got a size small, IIIA for my daughter, bulky and a bit heavy but fit her great.
It’s was a gift for my husband. It’s true to size. There’s a little overlap of the front panels i think is a bit bulky. Took longer than expected to arrive but i think maybe the company is experiencing growing pains. It’s good to know but wouldn’t stop me from ordering again.
Good product, room for improvement in Visibility of the armor. Better if used under another jacket for more discretion
