The Operator was designed from the ground up for plain clothes and undercover work. It is the most covert armor package available.
The system is made of a heavy-weight, moisture wicking and breathable 4-way spandex. On the side of the system is a zipper that does not split the carrier in half. The carrier is pulled over the head and then zipped down, snugging the system up to the body.
12"x16" IIIA Ultralight armor panels cover both the front and back, and are easily removed through zippered pockets for washing when necessary.

Incredible
I bought the large and they sized me down to a medium. Fit perfectly. I'm 5'9" and the panels cover basically my entire torso. You can't even see it under my t-shirt unless I bend all the way over to tie my shoes. 10/10 would absolutely by again and I'll be coming back for more shirts.

So much better than my old armor
I switched from the premier everyday shirt. This is better in every possible way. The coverage is literally twice what they give you and this shirt is far and away more high quality. I went through 3 of their shirts in two months. I've been using this one for six months with no indication of it wearing out.

Better than expected
I ordered the level 2 and you cannot notice it under my work polo. It feels well made. I hope it never gets put to the test, but initial thoughts are: it feels like it would work. lol. For the sizing, im tall and skinny and the medium fits great. I'm the type of person who is smack dab in between medium and large t shirts. It typically depends on the brand. I decided to go with the medium and it fits perfect. The free back pack is pretty sweet.

Perfect alternative to the safariland my job gave
My safariland vest is a bulky mess and never really fit me that well. I came into the Lakewood location and they custom cut me armor on the spot. I'm so happy I can't even explain I wish I had this years ago.

I am blown away
I originally bought a shirt from national body armor. What a piece of crap. It had these tiny plates that were like half an inch thick. This shirt is infinitely better in every possible way. The armor is like a quarter of what the other one was and nearly twice the coverage. I wore it out to dinner with my brother and his family and no one had a clue, I just wore it under my regular button down. I'm giving it 5 stars all the way.
