Ultralight armor. Serious coverage.
Designed for plainclothes, undercover, and discreet everyday wear, The Operator 2.0 pairs front-and-back protection with a close-fitting carrier that moves with you.

Built to stay close.
A moisture-wicking, breathable four-way-stretch carrier conforms to the body for a discreet profile under everyday clothing.
Pull it over your head, close the side zipper, and dial in a secure fit without splitting the carrier in half. The front and rear panels remove through zippered pockets when it is time to wash the carrier.
Tested on camera.

Excellent concealability
I’d recommend this to anyone that wears a uniform/shirt for work. As a cook, I can wear this under a cook’s shirt or a chef coat and feel comfortable. I also wear it out under an unbuttoned short sleeve casual shirt, a dress shirt, etc. You can wear it with a sweater as well, it’s not too thick, very lightweight, and it’s decently breathable. I wouldn’t want to wear it without a layer over it because it does have a visible print, it’s not beveled or anything it just looks like soft armor. I’d recommend the Stinger or Construct if you’re looking for a single layer. Of course, you might not care if people know you’re wearing armor, in which case you could wear it just fine without another layer. The ballistic panels are also interchangeable with the two aforementioned shirts, and you can order the shirts without armor from Bulletproof Everyone. This company has been great to deal with: fast, free shipping, fair prices, clear sizing, larger ballistic panels than any competitor I’ve seen (they’re shooters cut for maneuverability, be it with rifles or spatulas) lots of options, and a knowledgeable person on the phone to answer questions. No matter what you order from them, order the lightweight panels. Ballistic armor is only helpful if you’re wearing it, and you won’t want to wear it if it’s uncomfortable. For a life or death item like this I see no point in trying to save a small amount of money and sacrificing wearability.

Very happy, but haven't had to fully test yet.
So far I really like the operator, it is really comfortable, and I forget it is on a lot of times. I haven't had to test it yet, and hopefully won't have to, but I trust it will work if needed.

Couldnt ask for more
This is my fourth time I've bought from bulletproof everyone. The armor has just gotten better and better. I love the ultralight I wish I had the money to get it for my hoodies too. Having the zipper that zips down is brilliant. I have another undershirt from a different and it zips into the armpit and is really uncomfortable, this is much better.

I like it
The armor could be slightly narrower, my rifle doesn't sit perfectly square when shouldered. It is small complaint but having the option of going to SAPI size or something would be really great.

Almost perfect
Should come with two. The fit is great though and it is really light.
