The Operator was designed from the ground up for plain clothes and undercover work. It is the most covert armor package available.
The system is made of a heavy-weight, moisture wicking and breathable 4-way spandex. On the side of the system is a zipper that does not split the carrier in half. The carrier is pulled over the head and then zipped down, snugging the system up to the body.
12"x16" IIIA Ultralight armor panels cover both the front and back, and are easily removed through zippered pockets for washing when necessary.

Good coverage but gap on the sides, wish the bottom had shirt tails to tuck into pants so the plates don’t buckle and impede my draw in appendix carry. ----------------- BPE - We are working on making tails an option! Thanks for the review :)

Great company, customer service, great product
I originally purchased the stinger. It was a great product, but I am tall and skinny and it just printed a little too much. I called and Dallas recommended the operator. He even worked out a deal on the exchange. The operator is a must have! I wear it daily. The spandex makes the ballistic panel almost invisible. I will definitely purchase from them again. I will be a customer for life. I would say if I have anything that would make the product better is maybe have 3 armor sizes so that you can pick a skinnier panel or wider panel depending on body shape. The operator fixed the problem for me though.
