SHOULD I ORDER UP/DOWN WITH SIZING?
Neither! Measure. The only way to get a good fit is to take measurements of your chest, sleeve and waist and compare to our sizing chart. The chart was made specifically for our clothing with the soft armor installed. If you are not sure, call us. Better yet, send us your measurements in the note section of your order or to support@bulletproofeveryone.com, and we'll size it to you. All items are made to order and come with free tailoring if requested.
ARE THE ITEMS SLASH AND STAB RESISTANT?
Yes. All of our items are highly resistant to slashes and stabs from edged weapons. A slash/stab demonstration video can be found in our video section.
IS THE ARMOR HARD PLATES?
All of our armor is what is referred to as soft armor. It is made of a laminated and woven aramid fabric. The panels are incredibly flexible. Any of our clothes can be rolled up and put in a small backpack should you choose to do so.
DOES YOUR HOODIE HAVE HEAD PROTECTION?
Any product that claims it's soft armor can protect your head is fraudulent. While ballistic fabrics can disperse the necessary energy to prevent penetration and significant backface deformation in your torso, your flesh still absorbs a tremendous amount. Your skull does not have any give. Even smaller rounds like .380 will crush your skull upon impact.
WARRANTY
All ballistic panels carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturing date. Panels are serialized and manufactured as a set as well as registered to the buyer.
Failure to properly care for your jacket in accordance to the included care instructions may void this warranty. Any modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of Advanced Firearm Accessories, LLC will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the products warranty.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND STANDALONES
Bulletproofeveryone.com offers custom tailoring when larger sizes are necessary or if personally owned articles of clothing are to be modified. This should be used as a last resort. The lead time can be several weeks and the cost cannot compete with our traditional items and styles.
Standalone clothing, like our Urban or Sport labeled W/O armor, are to be used with our armor only. Other manufacturer armor will not fit, our sizes are proprietary. Clothing without armor will not be sold separately without a current or previous armor purchase.
Returns Policy
You may return new items within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Bulletproof Everyone will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Cancellations made after 10 days from time of purchase will also incur a re-stocking or cancellation fee. Size or style exchanges are available up to 30 days with the buyer paying return shipping and do not carry a lead time. Please measure yourself to ensure a good fit the first time.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
