All ballistic panels carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturing date. Panels are serialized and manufactured as a set as well as registered to the buyer.
Failure to properly care for your jacket in accordance to the included care instructions may void this warranty. Any modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of Advanced Firearm Accessories, LLC will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the products warranty.
RETURNS EXCHANGES REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day free size exchange program. "Please check the sizing chart carefully and measure yourself before ordering."
Most jackets are made to order and carry a 10% restocking fee if purchased through Bulletproofeveryone.com and subsequently returned. This does not apply to size exchange.
Products can be returned at any time up to 30 days and must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Bulletproofeveryone.com offers custom tailoring when larger sizes are necessary or if personally owned articles of clothing are to be modified. This should be used as a last resort. The lead time can be several weeks and the cost cannot compete with our traditional items and styles.
